The first section is all about inspiring you to employ Social Media in your business and has a series of action steps that you can tick off and complete. The workbook section is designed for ease of use and fast action. You can work through it at your own pace. This is an easy read and having read the first section, the second section will fall into place more easily. The news section details news stories covering all the key media.
